I hav changed to the updated codes but no joy. Are N Ireland and mainland same ntl codes?

Some of the mainland will differ but yours should be 5401 and use the Pure keys from the keymaster.

I can confirm that the PURE n*l keys work that are included on the keymaster. good luck.
