Starview 4 usb problem ??

Hi Guys,

I have been using sv4 usb for around 4 months now with no problem.

However, recently i have noticed that certain channels notably living, discovery turbo, E entertainment have no signal at the moment,

Can anyione advise what this problem is ? and how to repair it?

I have tried rescanning but this hasn't repaired the problem.

Any Advice ?

do a factory reset then rescan
if that does not work do a direct scan i.e no splitter connect the tv line stright to the box on the wall then scan then connect pc back up

i've noticed that lots of channels go off at the same time most days. just reset default and wait to update. works every time.
