    Mine is still freezing whenever i select the software, and no one is willing to help :'(

    sounds like your usb stick is not formated to fat32?

    hi all, please can someone help. i have downloaded the firmware 3.0 on a usb stick. I clicked download and saved on usb. is that right.

    Now I have a usb stick with a file on it not sure if its in right format. What do I do now? I push it in back of box
    and then what do I do? i went to menu, utility then usb clicked on it. it shows a file called fat32. from here i get stuck. Please HELP me

    it should have a file called view 3.00ups i think,reformat pc stick so there is nothing on it,copy the above file to usb from pc and go from there,always insert usb into box when powered off [and removing also ]
    when downloading onto pc it may be a compressed file like rar which needs extracting first.

    Hi i downloaded file 3.00 from tech kings for starview 6 and 7 and it worked fine all channels back and running
