sv4 usb super: belfast area, lost all channels. Dont thinks its nag 3. anyone help?

i have a sv2 and a sv4. the sv2 working fine although some channels disappeared which i've accepted.

the sv4 lost a few channels so i went to installation as i normally do but it went through all frequencies and didnt pick up one single channel.

i stupidly went to factory reset which cleared all the channels i had and when i went to installation, same again, no channels.

so now i have no channels on my sv4.

i have v.1.12, have tried other versions suchas 1.07 but still the same.

anybody know how i might solve this?

i dont think its nag3 as my sv2 is still oworking with plenty of channels

reinstall firmware and rescan

scan on chorus instead of ntl m8 :-)
