Basically 15 year old girl accuses 16 year old black high school football player of rape. He goes to prison for 5 years plus another 5 on probation, plus he had to register on the sex offenders register. She receives a $1.5 million dollar payout from the school district for not providing her with a "safe environment".

So 10 years later she contacts him saying she wants to reconcile. Yet she refuses to admit her rape claim was false. He secretly records her confession and gets all his convictions quashed.

He still dreams of playing professional football but it is definitely a long shot. She basically ruined his life as he was a very promising player in high school who definitely could have gone pro.

Courts have said they will in all likelihood not prosecute her, and the school district said that they would not be able to get back the payments they made. It's a disgrace and her actions are indefensible.

She should have to spend at least as long in prison as he did and she should have to pay the $1.5 million she received to him as well.

It's disgusting, people like this are the reason real rape cases are not taken seriously.

anyone could be done for rape nowadays,or accused of rape,depends on the type of mood the female is in,all she has to do is claim rape,or never said yes,and the guy is in handcuffs,no questions asked.i will give an instance,true story....
girl i know been to my house plenty times she is 28,always on the (blow) me i dont touch the stuff,anyway doing the usual stuff before actual entry,ie shes using hands-mouth to do stuff,so after a while i move to take position,i get in position and start entry,all i hear is..thats rape i never said you could do that.you have never seen anyone move so fast in your life,she was out back door with her clothes in a bundle thrown at her,i can tell you that was a shock to the system,i call it a close call.and she has been back to my door a few times since but i now chase her,or start talking to my neighbour till she goes away,for over a year have been doing the act with her,but just that one time cause she was in a funny mood,nearly ended in handcuffs,thats all it takes.so now i am very careful,

She cunningly conceived an agreement whereby she would exonerate the accused by demanding he promise NOT to sue her for false accusation or false inprisonment. Instead, he would sue the State of California, which is what he stated his intentions are, on this very day.

If these two liars, and the lawyers that stand by them, haven't made a complete mockery of our justice system I don't know anyone in history who has.

it da weed she on,she came friday night,i told her at door,kid on way down,for weekend,she said ok come back monday,erm door locked monday.my neighbours know the score,they call her the stalker,.they usualy say when see her,i am out shopping etc.if my ex found out she would be waiting for her,then would need cops.been divorced 8 yrs,but we still get on,she comes for dinner or coffee sit and watch a movie etc.we are both still single.she only lives round corner from me.
