drop vista get xp

can any one help me i have dream500c i am trying to watch it from my lap top but it wont work all the software i have says it works with xp so does that mean it wont work with vista

Would imagine that this is down to driver issues from the gfx of your lappy, but could be any number of things.

How are you connecting the lappy and dream together?
