Default manufactors settings


hi can anyone help me having lots of problems with my computer, and have been told to save my files and set back to manufacters settings,but how do i do this its a tiny computer

did you not get a system restore disc? if you did, you need to use that to restore back to factory settings. if not, id format the drive and stick a fresh copy of xp/vista on it mate.

hi have a tiny cd with reload/backup on it,have open files and have got bootcat binfile 2kb and bootimg binfile 1.440 kg is this the disc i need and what do i do now

stick the disc in, restart pc, get into bios.
dont know how on your system, but take a look on the screen as its loading. usually delete or f2. set first boot device to cd.
that should be you

if you havent had the problems to long try system restore go back as for as you can if thats no good try what shady said.
