Getting Cross EPG to work in E2 images

Well i cant get it to work on Gemini 5 when ive entered the
final command in telnet i get this error
ipkg install crossepg-enigma2_0.3.3-svn-33_sh4.ipk
collected errors
Package for crossepg-enigma2 found, but incompatible with the architecture configured
cannot find package crossepg-enigma2.

any help i would be greatful

this crossepg is for sh4 boxes , cuberevo`s ..
you will need the crossepg thats compatible with your DM800 ( try search on here or google it )

Here is a step by step guide to install the crossepg to the latest PKT E2 images ( Tideglo 0.9.8 or above ) Thanks to Jimgb17 from Denk.

Download the new CrossEpg from below.

Unzip and FTP the 2 files to /tmp

then go into the pkt blue button menu

then Addons

then Packages Install

then ipk menu.

then install ipk

restart GUI.

then Menu/Setup/Crossepg and set up what you want to scan for EPG e.t.c

Example , have a favorites folder setup with all sky UK channels in it

Then press red button on remote, then choose crossepg downloader.

it should now start scanning for 8 day EPG

If your having problems get it to work try these.

1. add this line
/var/crossepg/crossepg_epgmove.sh
into line #147 of /etc/init.d/rcS (This is for PKT 0.9)

Here is a Example:...

/bin/cubefpctl --setledoff
cp /tmp/reference.dat /var/bin
echo "starting e2->"
/var/crossepg/crossepg_epgmove.sh <------- !!!!!!!! Here!
/usr/local/bin/enigma2
...

Now reboot and setup your cross epg..
you should now have full epg..

or here is a script below , set up for S*Y UK EPG, you will have to edit for another satellite.

crossepg not work for nova(greece in english)

i chose the settings correctly in the configure part and i chose the provider which i wanted but i didn't recieve NOVA and nothing is shown . it only downloads . this was with xml but with xepgdb it recieves NOVA in greek and show it. it's ok with XEPGDB in greek . sky italia doesn't have any problems .
But only NOVA in english and with xml doesn't show anything
greece in enlish it does download but it isn't shown in the channel list

Latest crossepg svn.0.6.0 179 for Enigma2

just unrar and ftp to /tmp on cuberevo.

then go to addons, install packages then ipk menu then install .ipk

reboot box

press menu/setup/crossEPG and setup to your requirements, run downloader, reboot box, and bobs your uncle.

Latest version of CrossEPG for E2 images

crossepg_0.6.0-svn-184_sh4

ftp to /tmp

reboot box

then menu/system/crossepg and set up what EPG you want. Then choose download EPG.

reboot box again and you should have 7 day EPG when you keep pressed the EPG button.

Doesn't install on my E2...
Says:

Clearing state_want...
Nothing to be done
An error occurred, return value 4:
Collected errors:
Cannot find package enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-crossepg.
Check the spelling or perhaps run 'ipkg update'

And then it removes the ipk from tmp...

Any ideas?

installed open aaf today and on the guide it is cool tv, so i removed that rebooted downloaded installed cross epg, downloaded data for cross epg , rebooted

but the guide is still cool tv???
