channel help.

was messing about with remote and lost all my channels when i switched box off and on again went straight to menu settings, did a search but only got half of channels i use to have can anyone tell me what i have done and to get back what channels i had, i am in manchester area. many thanks.

you did a factory reset=erases channels,rescan from direct feed no splitters and use correct net id also

hi, thanks for reply but did all rescan but have only got half the channels i had not even got bbc 1 itv 1 etc
