28% virgin signal

I have got eurovox 1100 usb yesterday and tried to install. But signal strength is showing 28% only and no channel was found. I have tried with connecting from main feed and that also shows 28%signal.

Any help please.

Hi

i had exactly same when i connected mine to virgin , bought a signal booster for about ?20 and plugged that in , worked great.

strange thing tho , my 5000 fdidnt need a booster just the 1000sl , dnt know why !!
