dm800 motor setup

HI i have a dm800 and have been trying to set it up with my motorized dish for a while. I have now set the tuner to simple --> positioner --> and entered my long and lat from Google maps. but when i tell it to set it to 13oE it moves the motor but seems to be not at 13o on the motor.

Before setting the tuner to this i tried to set it using the advanced feature. i got it to move to 13o on the motor and then set the dish so that i had a full signal. but when i tried to set the next sat it just didn't move at all.

Please help it driving me mad

on advanced for the sats have ye told it to use usals,its on the very bottom and the usals setting in each sat

try heaven above by getting the longitudes and latitudes for your area and puting them in position!!

Have tried this and get same as on goole maps it gives me

Latitude:53.50829 or 53.510N i think
Longitude:-2.17976 or 1.180W i think
Altitude:82

is this correct

Its unique for all of use depending on where u stay but however ,, vary the longitude figure from :-2.17976 right through to 0.000 too the highest figure you will get the exact position in no time,,,

I tried through them figure and luckly had an exact figure matching my house!!
