TM5400CI+ recording

Dear All,

I have recorded a couple of programmes onto a USB stick from my TM5400CI+.

How do you get them to play back on the unit? If I select the file through the usb menu and press play on the remote nothing happens, can't seem to find any other way to play back...

I've have also tried playing the files (.ts file with a .idx file) on the pc, but I've tried vlc (error 17), tsdoctor (fails on PAT test), VideoRedo and MediaCoder without success...

Filelist button on remote then goto recording on stick and press ok/play.

Hi - thanks for this . However, when I press OK when the cursor is on the file I have recorded the "current" field on the display counts up at a rapid rate until the total length of the programme, and then stops.
If I press Play nothing happens.

Any ideas?
