Looks like LT might get a good test over the next week or so ! if not be careful of the update as it might detect firmware as it installs, use the USB offline method when it comes out.

Gamingbolt has been tipped off that a new Xbox 360 dashboard update is coming soon, as we have a photo to prove it.

An image was sent in which appears to show a new Xbox 360 dashboard. The update appears to have been accidentally added by Microsoft after a console repair. Judging by the screenshot we can guess that the next dashboard update will be 2.0.9195.0.
We can only speculate, but the image looks legitimate. Microsoft is apparently scrambling to retrieve the console.

As warned by team jungle & c4eva, return to stock before installing update. Thing is nobody knows if a test for the firmware will be in the update or not

There will I am sure be an invasive scan of the system / consoles as reported took back in November when people said there disk drives started to spin in the middle of the update, My personal feeling is M$ get far more information from each console connected to XBL than we are lead to believe & ban randomly once they gather enough consoles flagged on there servers.

There are a good few AAA game titles coming out realy soon Red Dead Redemption, Splintercell, Alan Wake, Mafia 2, Alpha Protocall, FIFA world cup the list goes on, so there will most surely be a ban wave before these releases

I fear an attack on the LT firmware will take place especially with the Stleath feature of the firmware been decreased and the enfaces off injecting files to the rom placed more with the end user rather than the firmware protecting you, there are so many people already flagged because of bad rips, old Games with bad stleath, or wrongly injected files.

Another few black days coming for plenty of users.

Yes M$ do get more info than we know about, ie jitter times from when the update is installed, that is why they have warned us to return to stock before installing any future updates.

Yes there are many bad rips out there, thats why we have ABGX and other tools. Ok the system is not fool proof at all but its the best we got at this time.

Many games are on way out, so probably more waves after this 1 so that means more dash updates. I do think that ixtreme is coming to an end as we know it, we could start seeing more products like team xecuters x-drive (1 flashed drive 1 stock drive) on the system so that people can easily swap between them to instal console updates.

We could have a new ban wave early this year but if you notice that most early waves are when games are leaked and people use them online or with thier live profile.

But we'll see within the next few weeks or so. So advice atm is be cautious guys
