Help need please before I go mad

I have dm500s (clone) on motorised dish.Since installation I have nothing but problems getting certain channels on the various satelites

It appears that I get most of the chanels tha on are on Vertical, but I dont get any channels that are on Horizontal.

My SNR signal is around 97%. I can recive the chanels toolbar at the bottom, but then the screen goes blanks and you get teh error message like "Services not available" .

My dish fitter has come back to check things and everything on dish /alignment is ok.

Its driving me crazy. I have tried box in next doors house on small fixed dish and it works perfectly.

Can someone please please please help me to resolve this.

If V channels are ok and H channels are not then its the lnb.

Try next doors receiver on your dish set up with channels on H and see if they work?

as manic says it can only be the lnb at fault mate when your getting vertical channels and not horizontal channels . the guy who fitted the dish (if he is anygood )would be well aware of whats wrong ,get him back and insist he changes the lnb and bring him indoors with you when its fitted and check all your channels are ok with him next to you .

Thanks fellas, but i bought the satelite from a company in London and just got the chap to fit it for me. I will get him to take LNB off and send it back as I only purchased 4weeks ago in the hope they will replace if for me.

if you bought it new it has a guarantee so they have to replace it for you ,if your posting it send it by recorded post ,as then they will have to sign for it when they recieve it , and you have proof you sent it and they recieved it.just in case .
