Eurovox Ex5100 channels scrambled

I have just purchased a Eurovox Ex5100 PVR done the scan and found all channels, but sky sports etc says channels scrambled.The reciever has come blank do i need to download firmware

Hi m8, this is the firmware you need for your box>Digital Kaos - Downloads - UFL_EX5100PVR_DarX_16-01-09
You may have to wait 15 minutes for the server to update your details before you can download.

or
menu>language settings>ok1968>1968

These options only available if you have updated the firmware.

you're probably in an N3 area, so your box will probably not work.

there is no updates/ downloads available to unscramble any eurovox box because of n3 encryption, read the following link on n3 encryption.
