EX700HD EPG Gone Missing ?

Hi, after the recent channel shake up, i had to factory reset the box to get channels back, but i upgraded firmware so i had 12 favs, so intalled new firmware did factory reset then deep scan, found channels put them into favs and all working great, 2 days later no prog info when changing channel and no epg at all, has anybody had this problem

had exact same prob some time ago and ended up going back to previous firmware version. on vm in yorks 3/09 works the best.
