I have a 3 broardband dongle, If I buy a PAYG sim card & add mobile internet package, will it work in the dongle???????
Thus making internet access a lot cheaper. Can the network tell the difference between a phone on the internet & a laptop on the internet??????

It should work fine subject to having credit or buying a data bundle!

If you have a Huawei modem, you can get free unlock codes (see the thread in this section) and use another provider if they are cheaper for data!
