I have read the rules till I am blue in the face and have posted, yet I am unable to download this file in the ipbox section.

What is confusing is in the same sticky section I can download say this file...

When server was moved some files were lost. So yes it's a site issue.

As Manic1 says, some of the files were lost.

So all you can do is go back to the thread where you are trying to get the file from & ask if it can be reposted by someone that still has it.

I cannot post in that particular sticky thread as it is closed, so I have posted a request in the ipbox section.

As you say hopefully someone who still has it will repost it.
