zee punjabi, zing

hey i just noticed that i have got zee punjabi and zing but when i go to that channel it comes up saying scrambled channel and ive rebooted and done everything i can to view that channel but nothing is working i dont know why other channels are fine. Ive got a eurovox ex700hd on virgin cable can any1 help to get these 2 channels thanks
