Virg*n, Newcastle area, lost channels

Hello there,
sorry to be asking for help, I managed to somehow lose Sky Sports 4, E4 HD, watch, all the newest HD channels, not sure what happened!
If anyone can help I would be much obliged!

you might have to do a factory reset and retune your box from scratch, i had to do this on mine some weeks ago due to the same problem cheers

Yea I gave it a go before posting this, even installed latest firmware but no joy, thanks anyhow buddy

I lost ESPN last night mate and sky sports 1. Got up today scanned again they are back

Just keep trying they will come back

Done several factory resets and power scans and found nothing, nightmare

nagra 3 is being rolled out by vm nationwide,,all boxes will be obselete in the coming months,,,,search nagra 3 and all will become clear

managed to get sky sports 4 by downgrading to very old firmware, anyone wondering what frequency is in north east/Newcastle area it is 411000Mhz

hi i live in gateshead, had the same trouble but cleared all data then done a factory reset then deep scan all working now

@Manjgill you need to post in the starview forum for your box.

If on eurovox goto config > clear data > factory reset > ok then when on the install screen press red for advanced install then yellow for power scan.

Quiuck up-date did the trick.....everything now OK.
