EX7000HD no radio channels

Had this box for a while and have never had any radio channels, even though it finds and saves them.

I press the radio button on remote and nothing happens, is there something I need to do to enable radio channels?

Hi m8 you have to go to all channel list in favs first then press the radio btn at the top of the remote
