Dead BENQ drive

I tried to flash a Benq drive with the new lt but i think i did it on an older jungleflasher as it started pausin when writing then obviously the read failed aswell but now the drive wont respond to anything.wont even eject using the ck3 pro.ive tried reseting the computer but cant get it to respond to anything.tried dosflash but it wont respond to that either.
ive still got my key so i can flash it to another drive just wondered if anybody knew a way to get it back working without buying a drive?

Can either go thro dos, follow the liteon with dos guide i posted or can do this :

Download latest JF
If using VIA REMOVE DRIVERS
Power drive.
Open JF
Under MTK tab, do a device intro on the correct port (if unsure cycle thro them and follow on screen prompts)
Eventually you will find the drive.
Load your key.
Create CFW
Proceed to flash the drive.

Jungleflasher mate and after all that it was banned typical.havent used it for months aswell!ah well i have 1 for my originals til a cheap 2nd hand 1 comes up
