problem with dsi and r4i please help

hi there i wonder if any one can help my son has a dsi with r4i card his had it since christmas and and everything was fine and today he turns it on and it goes to load the card and then comes up
system date error please check nds system date
could anyone tell me what this could be and hopefully how to sort it.

go into system date settings, change to todays date and time... then it should work. If not upgrade to the latest firmware.

everyone has been hit by this, set your date back a month and you'll be ok

true !! most have this problem and setting date back a month or 2 years doesnt really matter, but will fix the prob

I would say try the new firmware available I uploaded today here Digital Kaos - Downloads - r4i english version 1.20b 1.4 version 1.20b Extract the zip files and place all the folders/files etc on root of mem stick , then add games .nds to root, or make a folder called games and put them in there.

my mate got a dsi and one of them r4i revolution card 1.4 - I downloaded him the latest fimrware version from the website on the card and copied the games over to root of the SD card

The games are displayed but when he selects one to play, it hangs with a message about saved game or something

the sd card is 2 GB Kingston make and brand new from Tersco so not a fake (I hope)

any ideas

what firmware jfish and what card r4i sdhc .....etc..?presume the games are in .nds format and not zip?...thnx m

Its the RDi SDHC 1.4 card and firmware from here

R4i SDHC Revolution for NDSi/NDSL/NDS and firmware is v.123b

games work fine on my daughter DS Lite using the DSTT card

try putting just a couple ov games on micro card?dont use all your memory on micro card leave room for saved data.
