Fatal error

After reformatting my pc I am trying to install AUTOCAD 2007 (using XP PRO) I have previously had this programme running with no problems, every time I try to install it I get a "FATAL ERROR" message & the installation shuts down.

Anyone got any suggestions, other than a size 9.

Are you up to date with your Windows Updates?

Make sure your Service Packs for Win XP are installed. The currunt one is SP3

Are you installing Autocad from cd ? may be the cd be damaged
