    Internet Radio

    Hi

I've followed the tut's here and I believe I have managed to get 500c on my network utilising 200Mbps homeplug. I am able to access the web interface and I am getting the following transmit rate 41/53 and receive rate 94/123. I have managed to get one of the internet radio stations working, but not again. All I get now is 'Locating Server...' on all stations

Any idea what is happening here? Also is it possible to add my own internet radio station, and if so, how?

    thanks in advance

You can add your own stations by editing the /var/etc/stations.xml file. Be sure to keep to the format of existing stations.

Try rebooting the box using the 'reboot now' option in the shutdown menu.

Well I have certainly seen the benefit of being able to ftp whilst box is connected to TV, so it is worthwhile for me. How do I edit xml file, surely not using notepad.

      EDIT:

I have found out how to edit xml file. Does station have to be via shoutcast?
