No sound fron all channelsin EX7000HD box

Hi i have all channels but no sound in all, any idea what is wrong, thanks

make sure the scart lead is connected properly.

I try many time all leads are properly fitted, but no sound at all. any help pic is ok but no sound

a few things to try

try a different scart lead
make sure scart is in the TV socket of the box and going to AV1 of TV
remove power and then re-apply power to the box
reflash the box

Hi m8 i dont mean to be flippant but have you tried the mute btn sometimes it gets stuck

just try a diffrent software i have had same promblem

Hi all thanks for the response, i try diffrent tv and leads but no lluck , is there any thing wrong in the sircut etc

reset the box scan provider are all connections fitted correctly also with eurovox no splitters use a signal booster can help

press the red button you have an option of audio press ok on it... rescan your box

hi all thanks ho the help but i need more help as i try to rest , changed firmware , cables , used different tvs etc, , is there any thing wrong on circuit board etc?

On mine i had to change the sound mode in the options and save it and then put the sound mode back to what i wanted and save it again... i was using spdif (optical cable) however, but whenevever the box went off or needed a rescan i had to do this to get sound back.

check that and let know if it works

I try all this change sound mode, rescan factory rest etc all advice i got apply on it but no sound any help, thanks
