where do you live?,who is your provider?v m,t w?.you might be putting in the wrong codes for your area.

try

hi have you tryed to reset to default 1,menu 2,then ok 3,then tap in 1968 twice you should see your default key at the bottom of screen mine is yellow i think yours should be to 4, now put in the latest number from the keymaster hopefully this will work for you as it did for me
