    4.3 mod

oops so youv'e updated to 4.3 and you want to remod your wii or mod it for the first time then follow this tut for 4.3e/u

great news there is no need for a game exploit anymore just get your hack from here http://hackmii.com/2011/08/letterbomb/ then follow this tut from after homebrew channel install.

first your gonna need to install homebrew channel to do that you will need one of these games Indiana Jones Original Adventures(ntsc-u/pal) -4.3u/e
    or
    Super Smash Bros Brawl(ntsc-u) -4.3u
or Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's Wheelie Breakers, (all wii's except korean)
lego batman follow this tut http://wien.tomnetworks.com/wii/
lego star wars follow this tut http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Return_of_the_Jodi
"Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World" follow this tut http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Eri_HaKawai
to get the homebrew channel then follow the rest of this tut

format sd card to fat 32
    Use a standard SD-Card, 2g or less
any problems formatting sd card try this Digital Kaos - Downloads - sd card formatter

for those who already have homebrew channel go here Digital Kaos - Downloads - 4.3 for people with homebrew still working
    then follow this tut

download the hack from here Digital Kaos - Downloads - 4.3 hack files and unzip Hackmii_0.8_IP_SS_BB2.zip, and put on sd card

then follow this if you using indiana jones

    Works with 4.3u/e
-Play Lego Indiana Jones Original. Start a new game and complete level one with the nunchuk attached then make a saved game, then exit to System Menu.
-Go to wii settings, data management, save games, wii, SD
Delete the Lego Indiana Jones Save Game.
-Click SD, copy Indiana PWNS for your region
-Play Lego Indiana Jones original without the nunchuk attached load save game slot 1
    -
When the game loads, you will be in Barnett College. Walk to the Art Room (through the Courtyard), approach the left character on the podium. When it zooms on him, choose the switch to option (two silhouettes, staggered, with an arrow pointing between them).

    this will start hackmii installer.

if your using super smash brothers brawl then do this.

Smash Stack - Works with 4.3u
-Load SSBB ntsc, with sd-card removed, make a save file if asked
-Go to the stage builder, delete all custom stages found, exit the stage builder
-Exit all the way back to the main SSBB menu
-Insert SD-CARD, Go back to the stage builder
    -HackMii Installer loads

if your using Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's Wheelie Breakers, follow this Yu-Gi-OWNED! - WiiBrew to launch homebrew then use the mod pack from download.

now you can install homebrew channel and bootmii

Read the Scam warning and press 1
It may take a minute or two for the "press 1" to appear- be patient
    Install the HomeBrew Channel
Install Bootmii as Boot2(boot2 may not be available, IOS installs automatically)
    Prepare the SD-card

now you need to do a nand backup

Load HBC, press -HOME-, launch Bootmii
    Make a nand backup
Press Power, Power, Power, Reset, Reset (or use gc-controller)
Power = Right, Eject = Left, Reset = Select
this thread willhelpif you need more info http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...loader-109168/
make sure you save these to your pc for safe keeping
    nand.bin
    bootmii
    keys.bin

format sd card again and extract modpack from the folder you downloaded earlier to sd card
run md5summer.exe and click verify sums and check theres no errors

now you need to install your wads.

Start HBC, press [HOME], Launch Bootmii
    Multi-Mod Manager Starts (via cboot2)
Never Uninstall IOS, you will brick your wii
Select "WAD Manager" - Press A
Press (1) to "Install all Wads" - Press A
19 wads should install without issue
    "Press any button to continue"
Be sure all the wads install, very important
If the wads fail to install, install 1 at a time
Press B two times- main menu

thats it nearly finished just need to install priiloader
You should now be at the main menu of Multi-Mod Manager
    Select "App Manager" -press A
    Select priiloader -press A
Read the warning- Press +/A to install -if needed Hold B press +/A to install with cIOS
After priiloader installs, it may freeze during restart- this is ok
Hold reset and boot wii while holding reset- priiloader will load
Select "System Menu Hacks"- Press A
Enable "Block Disk Updates", and "Block Online Updates", others if you like
If MMM loads at boot, select Manage Priiloader, Edit Priiloader Hacks, enable needed hacks.
If you don't know what the hack does- you don't need it.
Your wii should now block Disk updates and online updates
if you still keep booting to mmm try renaming bootmii to bootmii-old

Note: Prilloader installer gives two errors-
    /loader.ini couldn't delete error -106
    /password.txt couldn't delete error -106
this is not a problem just carry on

    thats it done

Worked perfect... im a happy man again!
Will add 1 note, when copying over the saved Indiana PWNS from the SD card I had to actually delete the original one from the wii system otherwise it would not copy over, kept sayin data already exists. might be obvious to some but just thought id point it out.

        ck-ok.... your a legend!

NOTE: Some people are having problems with the Wii not "seeing" the save file on the SD card. If you are experiencing this, try setting the archive bit for the data.bin file. In Windows this can be either be done from the file's properties dialog (right click on it in Windows Explorer and check the box) or from the command line using "attrib +a <path to data.bin>". More info at #wiihelp on Efnet.

                Sorry to keep on

What can I do if I don't own those games? can I use a downloaded game save to do this? I just got this wii and was 4.2 and updated to 4.3 before trying to mod.
