since being on the pc i have all of a sudden this annoying red flag popping up every 30 seconds saying i have problems ie virus and all sorts when i click on it if i pay $79 they will remove it. i have mcafee installed and all is well how do i get rid of this security sheild warning thing im on windows 7 please help

You can start by downloading Malwarebytes, install & update before rebooting in safe mode. Run a full scan & see if it's removed the false warning nasty.
