flac files, playing and recording/converting

i have an music album that i downloaded but its all flac files, can someone tell me the "easiest" way to play them on windows 7 and i would also like to burn them onto disk the easiest way, whats the easiest way to do it, anyone know please ?

its cool, i found a little program called "Magic FLAC to MP3 Converter" and it worked perfect

To play flac files i use winamp! again free!

Do not convert flac to mp3, flac is much better from mp3 with lower compression and better sound quality. Use winamp or vlc for playing it.
