blue screen crash?

    blue screen crash?

    i have had a blue screen crash ,switched pc back on ,all i am getting is a disc read error occured ,i cannot get past this stage

    sounds like harddrive ? best way to find out is to boot a window o/s and that works everything might be just the drive .. l would reinstall o/s as it might be a driver fault or malware ,, if u have a windows disc u might get to safe mode and open from there

      when i go into bios set up its asking for a pass word ,i have not got one
