Revo HDMi Sound (or lack of) !

Can anyone help me please ?
Installed an Acer Revo running Windows 7.
Can run downloads under XBMC with sound OK but video a little jerky.

Tried running under Windows Media Centre and picture is impressive but can't for the life of me get any audio.

Any ideas ?
