Any other firmware this R4 can run??

I was asked to create a new thread for this.

using on DSL

card is red in color

last updated from R4 cards - Nintendo ds r4 - R4i sdhc Official website

Download-R4iSDHC - R4,R4i-R4isdhc the beta r4 card (1.19B)

can't update any more so new games don't work.

can this card run any other firmware or do i need to buy a new card?

Is it r4,or r4i ? What exactly does it say on card because I have some newer red firmware which I will upload IF I think it may work for you

this is the question i was about to ask!
isnt there v1.3 in the downloads section?
im trying to update my neighbours' kids' card, but i think its a fake. i tried to update the firmware, but the card wont boot with 'official firmware'. i copied all files from my own kids' card and the same happened. the boot menus are all in chinese too, with no mention of 'R4'.
sorry for the ramble, but i think its probably better/easier to buy a new card!

I also have the same Red card, Happybox r4sdhc.com. I have only been able to upgrade to 1.19b but it wont play the latest games. Is it a case of buying a new card?

The R4i sdhc Silver Card marked with "NEW" has been blocked, and the newest R4i sdhc Silver Card 2013 version is compatible with the latest 3ds 5.0.0-11 & dsi 1.45 directly.
You'd better buy a new card,(generally considered as the most affordable and best one), supercard dstwo, ace3ds plus, r4idsn wood 3ds or whatever
