browse to the file and right click on it and select properties
select security and change settings to allow administrator and user full permission

i havent encounted this error before or used this
software before but it seems like a pemissions issue
and the compis not able to access the file.

      go to c:/windows/system32/ctl3d32.dll

and then right click on the file then properties
security and on admistrators allow full

if any other file errors come up do same.

      hope it helps
