DVD Failure with Wiinja chip

I updated the wii and then i had a black screen. Now i changed the Mother Board of the wii but now i have a different problem. The DVD drive is not working and every time i insert e DVD i get the same message that can't read the disc. Even with uLoader.
Anyone any idea.

take it apart again and check drive connections

Did that twice, not working.

Can it be that Wiinja chip is burned or something.
