just installed sat card on old tgm

Hi all i have just installed a sat card in my old cable tgm 220.
after a few problems at first I have finally found some channels but not any English ones. I think i'm scanning the correct satellite (Astra 2A/2B/2D & Eurobird 1 at 28.2?E). Is there anything obvious to you guys that i'm doing wrong. Have tried bouquets, but just says service cant be found when I select an english channel like bbc1

28e is almost all English. Maybe look sat the logo's on some of the channels you're getting and see what you can find? Sounds like you're looking at the wrong satellite.
