Lost picture

HELP!
Sorted my Dbox2 out with info from your site brilliantly but my sisters may have had a bad flash or summat cos I can't get a picture output to the tv & as I dont know the ip address I dont know how to access via flashfxp, plus IFA needs an ip so is there summat I'm missing? The power is on as LCD glows although no txt showing!
It can't be dead can it?

IFA does not need an ip. Use it.
