Windows 2008 Server - Recycle bin?

Can anyone tell me where the ~~~~ the recycle bin is hiding on this OS?

its over there on the left under the folder doggie ~~~~

It should be in the top left same as vista.
It is possible to delete the icon rather than choosing empty when right clicking on it.
If so right click on desktop choose personalize and then select change desktop icons under tasks on the left side of the window which opens.
Click recycle bin to put a check mark in the box and click ok.
Your recycle bin will be back on the desktop.
