Problems on itgate 220 tgs

Hi friends, i have this receiver from a couple days, it has both tuner, sat + dtt.
I have this problems and i hope someonr can help me.
the first problem has been that the dtt tuner was not found in settings menu so i could not make a channels search, while the sat channels were alls ok. well, thinking to resolve the problem about the dtt channels,
I have changed the image, so now i have the New ZEOS & EDG-Nemesis 5.0 for ITGATE TGS220, but even it is not yet recognize the dtt tuner, i have also problems on sat channel, it does not found a signal.
I would like have some info if it is possible to resolve this problems. thanks very much.

Flash it with ukur 9 image below mate

Then add dees c panel via FTP again below

You will then have access to the working c panel
That will rescan all channels

Dont think the EDG image will support DTT,try out Plasterers advice above and also do a factory reset after tuner change from sat to DTT....then reflash it.

probably you are right about the edg image, but if the tuner is a stady one not usb, should it be recognize? anyway i am going to make test with your advise and i appreciate very much your help, thanks both of you, i let you know soon about. ciao.

Hi Paul, i noted that the firmware ukur v9 was for TGS220, but i thought was compatible for my 220 TGS, it is not so unfortunately. where can i found the ukur 9 for gsm200? thanks

Also cable boxes with tuner changed to Sat

Pauls firmware is working fine on the 220 and that was your initial request.....now your looking for an image for a gsm200???
What is that,take a good look around this ITgate section and read a few threads as theres everything that an ITGate needs to get sorted.

My Itgate is TGS220
the problems is that when i try to flash it says: the select file is not used for your receiver, please selct the relevant file for your receiver, TGS220= not supported

Try renaming the file to
backup.img
And see if it will transfer then..............Paul

if its a 220 it will flash from a USB stick wont it ???

You need to extract the rar file and youll get an update file(.img)
Choose that to flash your box,if serial fails then try tru your network.

I tryed but does not work. I will try with an usb stick in multiboot and let you know.

Hi Freck, as i told before, if i flash wit network appear that the file is not for the tgs220 while it is, i have tryed also to flash with serial, but on display appear update for one second and then appear error on display, probably the edg 4.4 image was corrupt and now the receiver is blocked, but it works not very well, infact it does not get all sat channels and on most of them says no signal. I hope i can resolve with usb stick in multibot. thanks for you help, ciao

hi Paul, i tryed also with usb stick, but also in this case the receiver does not see the usb stick, can i do something to let it recognize? i use the software Control Center 2.5

Reflash with it ,then ftp dees c panel across and update then to V9
Dont think it matters wot one you update to
Its just a case of getting a UK,ur image on

Hi paul, the problem is that control center 2.5 dont let me update, just see this photo,
and that happen with every firmaware i try to upload, i tryed also with serial nullmodem, but the display show error, i tried with usb stick and the receiver does not recognize. i dont know what to do more
