I am wondering whether the R4 3DScard will brick my 3DS console. As Nintendo is beating the flashcard, Nintendo claimed on the official website: ***8220;the R4 card will brick the 3DS console, so never use it***8221;. This voice swashed me. I am afraid that my expensive 3DS console will be damaged by the cheap R4 3DS card....... But the reseller claimed: ...... So, who is true? Will R4 3DS card really damage the 3DS console?

Nope, I don't think so. I am using the acekard 2i, works like a charm. Never got a problem. Just make sure buy it from a reliable site like slickdoor, which is recommended on the official acekard forum.Last edited by gmb45; 17 October, 2011, 19:06. -

The r43ds card you mean is r4i-sdhc 3ds from r4i-sdhc.com ? If so, I have checked this problem for you in some forums and the conclusion is that never should r4i-sdhc 3ds will break your 3ds as long as it came from the r4i-sdhc.com and in fact,it can directly compatibility 3ds V2.10_4 without any updating.Comment
