Playing online with softmod

Just soft modded my wii, with backup loader gammer 0.3 and freefall.

Is itr ok to leave the Wii connected to the internet and play online, or will this cause a problem?

Ok to play on line m8, just switch it off at night,!

I have softmodded modded my from f/w 3.1E to 4.1E and also loaded Priiloader. I have my Wii connected to the internet but have switched off the WiiConnect 24. My sons wants to play Mario Kart online with his friend but when I was look at connecting the Wii online it asked for WiiConnect24 to be switched on. Should I be switching WiiConnect24 on to connect online to his friend?

yeah just switch off again when you have finished,although preloader should block any updates
