Help!! Custum firmware install problem

Has anybody encounted this error

Not enough reserved sector space for IPL.
The IPL Failed to inject

Then when i turn the batery into a service one nothing happends

Done a few psps now and new had thi can somebody out there sine some lite

Running 5.02 on the psp and vista
custum firmware is RainsUltraLiteMMS

Any ideas?????????????????????

I use this prog to do it m8, simple to work, download the firmwares from Sony, 1.5 and 5.00, insert them into the prog, transfer files across to memory stick, put your battery into service mode/pandora's battery, put in the memory stick, psp boots up, keep left paddle down, menu comes up to install M33 firmware, thats it.
