hey i have been using the memory stick pro duo fine but it just became write protected, now i cant even format it because its write protected, by the way it doesnt have a switch. any suggestions??

never hear of this before of this card

try viewing any hidden files one of the files could be write protected.try this on a pc if you can

i got the same error as well, but i tried normal formatting.. and somehow it worked

I've never had this problem with mine before.
The card may've gotten damaged somehow.
If you can't format it, I'd recommend buying a new one.
