Cant flash eurovox max blue??Any suggestions??

Hi

Im trying to flash my eurovox max blue but i hangs up when i try to save my channels lists. It says 'com3' in the box. The cables are working correctly because i imported stuff with voxer to test it. I have a usb to rs232 adaptor so i cant change the com ports. Any suggestions guys??

hi mate.you should be able to change com port settings in your control pannel
