Hi all, New Patches Uploaded!!
just putting together a list of individual Topology patches for XGD3 + AP2.5 Games. As some users are having trouble with games patched with universal patches but are fixing them with individual patches.
these are Individual Topology Patches for use with XBC - Ripped with latest XBC + 0800 Lite-on Drive.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ISO MEDIA ID BEFORE PATCHING!!
to check your Media ID you can either:
a) use XBC and go to image tools then region info and it will say it down the bottom
b) download iso2god and open iso and it will tell you
c) use xbox image browser and extract the default.xex and then run it through abgx
iso2god is easiest, though the xextool might be seen as a virus - just ignore that

Media ID shouldn't matter since we always check our data against all foreign versions of games in DAE.bin using the targets from the v12 table and several unique per-Xbox v8 tables. but if you are having problems with the Universal Patches try using individual ones.
If your game iso's Media ID does not match the ones listed above then either;
Try the Universal Patches
Download the correct game version with matching Media ID/Disc Profile ID
Or wait for user rips of topology patches
UNIVERSAL PATCHES HERE:
XGD3 Game Patches: ( for all XGD3 games with disc profile ID: 0C3DF524599094E6CB87ECC8-F87A804E)
AP2.5 Game Patches: (Halo Reach, Black Ops, Mw2)
Please note: if you have tired both universal and individual patches on your game iso and its still not working (possibly getting "Mixed Media Disc") Open up Xbox Backup Creator and go to "Image Tools" then "Check Region", select your iso. If it immeaditely tells you "0xFFFFFFF Region Free" for example then your iso is fine, if it dosent pop up and says ERROR Locating Target 'Default.xex' in the bottom window then there is something wrong with your iso and since we dont have abgx to check exactly what it is, just download another copy and try the patches again.
