Can some one tell me what is the main difference between EX5000 and Ex5100 apart from new tuner and cloning issue. Is Ex5100 clone Proof. Who makes the clones and where they come from?

No difference what so ever.
I've got both the 5000 & 5100 pvrs.
Euro just brought this out because of the cloned issues.
WHY CAN'T ALL THESE MAKERS JUST MAKE ONE GOOD BOX AND STICK WITH IT!
It seem they are all bringing out a new box every month!

Press the red button and select another audio stream before you start the recording.

I quite agree with Badaple. Lesser the receiver models lesser the firmware to update.
