Does the Eurovox EX5100 PVR use component cable?

I'm currently using scart with my D-box and the pic is pretty lame.

I'm upgrading soon to 5100 PVR - just wondered if you could use component cables with the Eurovox with it being new and all.

    Any ideas ?

Have a look here >> http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...90/#post129470 That was the back of a Max V but ex5100PVR is the same.

Uhm... But the Eurovox Max V doesn't have component out! That's composite!

Yeah apologies stand corrected, I always get the 2 mixed up , they will use composite and I have never tried using component cables for composite so unsure. if you after a better picture have you considered the EX7000HD+.

Yer but there are only a handful of HD channels available.

I might just have to do with scart for now.

There's only 1 HD channel at the moment but it does have a Built in Upscaler to Improve Picture Quality, I haven't got one so I cant really tell you the difference in comparison to the picture on the EX5100 PVR.
