Biasi M90E.32S faulty regulator board

Hi does anyone with any experiance with this boiler know which parts maybe suspect. The boiler seems to work fine with diagnostics but doesn't lock on showing no errors. Yet visually the relays on the board can been seen to show a spark through the plastic casing.


If the relays are at fault does can you advise replacement for the following:

250v 8A AC
24V

Normal VDC 24
MAX Continious 41
Coil resistance 1200
Must operate VDC 16.8
5 Pin


Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated

Hi I have noticed that when the pump is unplugged the boiler fires up without any problems yet when it is plugged back in the boiler tries to fire up but does not fire up.

Any help on the mater is greatly appreciated
