On the Thursday 12th of February Digital Kaos will celebrate its 1st birthday!!
We would like to make it a fun occassion for everyone and I have volunteered to co-ordinate the celebration.
I have a few thoughts, I thought I’d run past you guys .
I know we have some budding poets and guys who make their own videos, perhaps we could see who can make the best video or write the best poem.
There’s also a lot of stuff we could take from the net: Funny birthday stories, piccies. Some members might even have funny birthday photos of friends, family or pets they would like to share with us!
I thought it would be best for everyone to wait till Thursday the 12th then upload/post the stuff so that there are lots of fun things happening that day and into the weekend.
As you know DF is a very busy guy so we’re not going to make any changes to the forum layout that would require a lot of work but it would be possible to put a “Happy birthday” banner up on the default forum skin just for a few days, possibly longer. It needs to fits in with the default skin colours/layout and an approx. Size of 500(w) x 100(h).
If we have any budding graphic designers out there maybe you could design a “happy birthday” banner for the forum. If we get more than one we could let DF decide which one he thinks goes with the default skin best. The banner of course would need to be made up in advance. So anyone who wants to give that a go could start on it now.
