can anyone tell me a cheapish courier who will collect a dish from nottingham this sat for next week delivery to me, its a 90cm visiosat dish well packed and to be collected from nottingham and delivered to bolton. theres also 2 sat boxs in a seperate box also. weight of both is 25kg, dish is 20kg and stb,s are 5kg dish box is 110cmx102cmx40cm and sat reciever is 43cmx33cmx17cm....i keep getting ?60 to ?80 quotes FFS,i could send a pallet halve way around the world for less than that. ive just ordered a 1.25 gibby/polarmount/v-box and jack from germany and its cost me 16 euro,s for 1 to 3 days delivery so why so expensive for a private person in the uk???. im finding myself hating my country more and more each day and cant wait to either leave or untill im dead and buried, regards mdt

this is where i go to get a courier,can pick from several couriers,after set up parcel details,just pick what courier want to use,thats if you get a saturday pick up.must remember sat pickup or delivery incurs a higher charge.

To be honest you can hire a van from notts with your stuff and take your load to Bolton and live the van in Bolton same day delivery.

i think everything will go in a average sized car
and if it's a private seller and you both have
a car or 5cwt van why cant one of you deliver
or collect or even meet a set point and transfer the
goods over it has to be cheaper than the cost of

why don't you ask the seller to combine the 2 packages into 1 package @ 25kg.
